I would not recommend Wilsons Epsom Renault because I purchased the car last week, While the staff were polite and courteous throughout the process, the overall experience was disappointing — particularly as this was my first car, which I was genuinely excited about.
Before booking, I personally inspected the vehicle and everything appeared to be in excellent condition. However, on the day of collection, a crack in the windshield was noticed — something that had not been mentioned or flagged during the sales process. This raised concerns about the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection and preparation. Few more issues while using the car inspection just 5-10 miles -
The breaks were squeaking and loud sound whenever I break, which is a worst experience. Break sound inside the car when pressing the break

- Seat belt sign always on for back seats
- Service due in 30 days messages keeps pooing up. Checked in the app and it shows

I was also informed that the car would be compatible with the Renault App, which was an important feature for me. Unfortunately, after purchase, I found out the model runs on older software and does not support connected services, making the app unusable. This was never disclosed, and I felt misled by the information provided during the sale.
While the staff were friendly and polite, these oversights — particularly the lack of transparency and miscommunication — left me feeling disappointed and regretful. For a well-known dealership, I had expected a more honest and informed experience, especially for such a significant milestone as buying my first car.
